Why CommunityWise Hub Exists

Communities are on the front lines of rapid change.

At the same time, the public data they rely on is being canceled, interrupted, removed, or made harder to use. That makes it harder to see local conditions clearly, explain what is changing, and secure resources.

The Problem We Keep Seeing

Communities are being asked to do more with less.

We built CommunityWise Hub so communities can work together to maintain a clear, shared picture of what is happening. It makes it easier to bring trusted public data, local information, and community voice into one place while preserving the source, date, definition, and context behind every measure. Through a simple guided process that supports WCAG-aligned publishing, teams can create clear dashboards and reports without turning each update into a weeks-long technical project. That means less time wrestling with data and formatting, and more time using evidence, coordinating action, and helping build a healthier community.

Built with community staff in mind.

The platform is meant for teams that know their communities and their programs, even when they do not have a dedicated data engineer or communications department.

Local government

County and city teams preparing plans, reports, grants, and public updates.

Health and human services

Public health, behavioral health, housing, child welfare, and related programs.

Community organizations

Nonprofits and backbone organizations coordinating partners around shared priorities.

Regional networks

Collaboratives that need a common framework across places, agencies, or funding streams.

Where We Are Now

Building with early partners, one practical use case at a time.

CommunityWise Hub is in early access. We are developing working examples and inviting community teams to help shape the platform around real reporting needs.

If your team has a needs assessment, public dashboard, grant, or cross-agency reporting challenge, we would like to hear what makes the work difficult today.

What report is taking too much of your team’s time?

Tell us what you are trying to explain, who needs to understand it, and what evidence you already have. We will help you decide whether CommunityWise Hub is a good fit.
